FCC Speedtest is a mobile broadband testing application to judge the internet speed people receives on their mobile phones. It provides you with 4 results which are download speed, upload speed, latency and jitter.
Download Speed measures how fast you can receive data packets over your broadband connection, on the other hand upload speed tests tells how fast you can send those data packets back.
Latency is the round trip, measuring the time it takes for the test data to get to your computer and then sent back to the test server. Jitter is used to test the consistency of your latency.
